Only available during the sansho season.This is a refined sansho hotpot, the complete opposite of the original Kyoto version.The soup is intentionally light to bring out the flavor of the local chicken, and the numbing spiciness comes from three types of sansho pepper.You can adjust the numbness to your liking by adding more sansho pepper.This hot pot will be added to our standard course menu only in early summer.This hot pot is seasoned in the typical Fukiagean style, with local chicken, root vegetables, and a fragrant broth with Japanese pepper.This medicinal hotpot is perfect for preventing early summer fatigue.
