Limited to the season of sansho berries.This is an elegant sansho hotpot, the polar opposite of what you'd find in the original Kyoto dish.The soup is intentionally kept light to bring out the flavor of the local chicken, and three types of Japanese pepper are used to add a tingling spiciness.You can adjust the tingling sensation to your liking by adding more Japanese pepper.Available only in early summer, this dish joins our standard hot pot course menu.This hot pot is seasoned in the typical style of Fukiagean, with local chicken, root vegetables, and a broth flavored with fragrant Japanese pepper.This medicinal hotpot is perfect for preventing early summer fatigue.
